[J-core] All of my patches now collected on GitHub

Hi,

I have thrown a copy of J2 with all of my various patches applied onto
GitHub at https://github.com/rqou/j2-rqou . This is hopefully less
confusing than getting all the patches off the mailing list and
applying them in the right order or trying to fish them out of the
messy history of myhdl-vhdl-verilog-test. This version of the patches
is also more correct in that running cpugen won't delete them.
