[J-core] Second source release is up!

I did an announcement with basic release notes at

I don't have a corresponding .bin file yet, and it can boot the same
vmlinux (although I should get a new release of that out too, the one we
have up is the old pre-device-tree stuff).

Geoff: what have you merged in the past year?

Rich: how goes the kernel side of things? Want to point people at your
git tree and tell us your proposed merge schedule?
