The superh community in general proposed removing sh5, which was a cancelled
prototype that never shipped.

The guy who wrote Risc-V's low level interrupt handling (git 6ea0f26a7913) and
added the SiFive PLIC driver (git 8237f8bc4f6e) responded by wanting to remove
all of arch/sh.
