[J-core] Free Range VHDL book

Unfortunately, this book doesn't seem to have much explanation about 
VHDL's type system. It doesn't even mention record types (essentially 
"struct" and used extensively throughout J-core). It does otherwise seem 
to be a decent overview of the language though.
