[J-core] Site updates.

I've updated the main page a bit (some of the non-turtle bits, cleanups
for the site rewrite turtle's going to require to properly support it).
I've also caught news.html up another month and change (working on it).

And I mirrored http://j-core.org/downloads/fdpic-sh.txt since it's got a
license allowing us to and that's an important thing to retain. (I
emailed the contact link on http://www.shared-ptr.com/sh_insns.html for
permission to mirror that too.)

I'm pondering whether to do an rss feed conversion of the news.html page
or if I should dig up the @jcoreeng login credentials and tweet links to
each day's summaries one per day until I'm caught up.

I know there's a lot more to do. Working on it...
