I have successfully installed ISE WebPACK and built
http://j-core.org/downloads/source/jcore-source-latest.tar.gz .

http://j-core.org/bitcomp.html contains the typo "/opt/Xilix" for
"/opt/Xilinx", the default install directory of ISE WebPACK.
