I posted this here in hope that someone other than me would answer it,<br>
but since nobody did I asked behind the scenes:<br>

The turtle boards are part of a larger order, lumped in with some<br>
proprietary boards to make manufacturing them cheaper (volume discount),<br>
and those proprietary boards aren't ready yet, so the whole order is<br>
delayed until they are.<br>
