[J-core] ELC Portland meetup?

If anybody's still interested in doing this (and hasn't already said hi
in the halls at ELC), I'd happily hang out at a restaurant Thursday
night in downtown portland, starting around 6:30 pm.

The conference is downtown at 6th an Salmon streets, so anything within
walking distance of that works for me. That way the meetup is open to
people who aren't necessarily attending ELC. :)
