Configuration is created from combining these:

> https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/kernel/linux.git/tree/debian/config/config
> https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/kernel/linux.git/tree/debian/config/sh4/config*

Compiler is gcc-7.

I'll try a cross-compile with gcc-7 myself.
